Cancellation Policy
Holiday Clubs sessions - must be cancelled 7days prior to the event, if it is after this time we can not refund however you can give the booking to somebody else but we require details for the consent forms. Birthday Party- bookings require a full 14days notice, if after this no refund is available. Workshops - Due to the nature of costs, course fees will not be refunded. Once booking has been made, the booking is for that course, on that date and at that time. You can give the booking to somebody else. Please ensure, however, that we are made aware of the changes as if notification is not made, participation to the course may be denied. Covid19 - If we have to cancel due to covid restrictions refunds or vouchers will be provided. Due to being an outdoor establishment we do have to watch the weather and if this prevents us from running the event/session full refunds will be provided.
